“Unlike other publishing sites’ approach to backups, our goal was to create a useful copy of your blog’s content that can be viewed on any computer, burned to a CD, or hosted as an archive of static HTML files.”I think a telling mark of any platform or software product is not only how easy it is to get your data in but also how serious and committed are they to letting you get your data out. I have ignored this in the past and it has burned me practically every time (I’m looking at you Evernote).
Kudos to Marco for continuing to be all that and a bag of lightly salted chips.
